Summary: The Services marketing website collects no personal data, runs no tracking, and sets no cookies. There is no contact form: you write to us from your own email account. Client project data is handled with confidentiality and never sold or shared with third parties.
01 Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the services.lpagesapplabs.com website and to the client engagement process for LPagesAppLabs custom development services.
02 Marketing Website
The services.lpagesapplabs.com website:
- Sets no cookies
- Runs no analytics or tracking scripts
- Stores no user data on our servers
Fonts are served from this site itself — no font CDN is used, and the page makes no request to any third-party domain. Loading a webfont from a CDN reveals your IP address and user agent to that provider on every page view; self-hosting removes that entirely.
03 Contact & Enquiries
This website has no contact form. The email links on it open your own email program, and nothing is submitted to a server by the site.
When you send us an email, we will receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to deliver the requested services. Mail sent to our address is received and forwarded by Cloudflare, Inc. and stored by Google LLC (Gmail); both may process it outside the EU, including in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their terms.
04 Client Project Data
In the course of delivering a project, we may receive materials including design assets, content, and business information. Please do not send passwords, keys or other access credentials by email. When an engagement needs access, we agree a channel for it in writing first, such as a one-time secret link or a shared password-manager vault, and ask for the access to be revoked when the work ends. This data is:
- Used exclusively to complete the agreed scope of work
- Never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, beyond the email providers named in section 03
- Deleted upon project completion unless retention is agreed in writing
We do not use client materials for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services.
05 Third-Party Services
Deliverables may incorporate third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting providers, CDNs, analytics tools) requested or approved by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of any such tools and ensuring they meet their own compliance requirements.
06 Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email contact@lpagesapplabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
07 Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years for business continuity purposes, then deleted. Project materials are deleted after project handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
08 Children
Our products are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US — COPPA) or under 16 without consent where required (EU — GDPR Article 8). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at contact@lpagesapplabs.com and we will delete it.
